We work with businesses of all sizes and from all industries. This includes SMEs, Registered Training Organisations and the public sector. Our clients come from all walks of industry and commerce and we tailor our services to suit each. Our clients are in Real Estate, Finance, Health Care, Fitness, Construction, Aged Care, Manufacturing, IT and many other industries.

How we work
At Hillen Staff Solutions we strive to ensure our services remain cost effective while being tailored to need.
We provide a HR advice and support service with a fixed monthly fee.
We also offer a range of stand-alone policy packages if you just need documentation or are concerned about compliance. Or you can choose hands on, in house management. So we can work with you for a few hours a week or a few days a month – depending on what you need.
We get to know your business, its culture and how it operates and we put the objectives of your business at the centre of the support we provide. We will work with you on a specific issue or problem on an ad hoc basis, or provide you with a framework and work with you long term to develop your staff, help you recruit and retain great employees and improve your internal processes.
The important thing to remember is: we tailor our services to your business need. You won’t pay for something you don’t need and we won’t pressure you into a package that is not suited to your business. We also commit to timely and responsive service, including responding to your enquiries within 24 hours, regular service calls to determine your needs and feedback and follow up when legislation changes.

About Karen Hillen
Karen Hillen has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, staffing and payroll. She is also a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). Karen is the Director of Hillen Staff Solutions and is a Certified HR Coach with a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Graduate Diploma in Public Administration, Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Certificate IV in WHS.

The HR Coach network is backed by the HR Coach Research Institute.
